Engagement duration varies by service. Workshops run for two days. Procedure audits typically require three to four weeks from kickoff to final deliverable. The Team Leadership Programme spans six weeks. We discuss specific timelines during your initial consultation.

Can programmes be customised for our industry?

Absolutely. While our core frameworks apply across sectors, we tailor examples, case studies, and exercises to reflect your industry context. This customisation occurs during the programme design phase and is included in our standard pricing.

Do you offer virtual delivery options?

Yes. All our programmes can be delivered virtually, in person, or through a hybrid approach. Virtual delivery uses interactive platforms that maintain engagement and enable the hands-on exercises that make our programmes effective.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before a scheduled programme receive a full refund. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days receive a fifty percent refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within seven days are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

How do you measure programme effectiveness?

We establish baseline metrics before each engagement and measure progress at programme completion and again at thirty and ninety day intervals. Metrics vary by service but typically include confidence assessments, knowledge tests, and operational performance indicators agreed upon during scoping.
